The Stepping Stone provides day programming for adolescents and young adults with special needs who are currently enrolled in senior elementary and secondary school programs. When the schools are closed for professional activity (PA) days, exam weeks, March break and holidays etc The Stepping Stone offers young people with disabilities a safe and nurturing environment in which to learn, grow and have fun. The foundation of the programming will include life skills training enabling the participant to become as independent as possible in their home and community.
