Our Staff
We have a variety of care providers at The Stepping Stone. At any given time we have volunteers, students and professionals providing services to our clients. Many of our staff have completed the education and training in several of these programs and hence are crossed trained, making them the ideal candidate to work with our clients.

At The Stepping Stone, we realize that education is only one factor in making a successful, therapeutic and positive relationship with our clients. Just as important are qualities of dedication, professionalism, commitment, empathy, trust, and a sense of fun. We strive to ensure that all of the staff at The Stepping Stone embody these characteristics, everyday.
We also have on staff an array of specialists and regulated health care professionals who are able to provide support, guidance, expertise and education to our staff, clients and their families including a behavioural specialist, sign language specialist, licensed school teacher, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, social worker, speech – language pathologist, nurse practitioner and rehabilitation therapist.
